Laura Freese, MA, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Laura has been a Speech Language Pathologist for 30 years, after receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communicative Disorders at the University of New Mexico, in Albuquerque, N.M. and then returned to her home state of Iowa and received her Master of Arts Degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Northern Iowa, in Cedar Falls, IA. She has experience working in a variety of settings with pediatrics and adults including hospital, rehabilitation center, outpatient clinic, skilled nursing facility and school setting.
Laura is currently working in a K-8th grade charter school in Minneapolis and her caseload consists of students receiving speech/language and articulation services. She has a special interest in working with bilingual students. Laura also loves childrens’ books and enjoys using books as part of her speech and language activities.
